PROPERTIES
Boiled linseedoil is a raw linseedoil in which drier-metals (siccatives) have been incorporated at moderate temperatures, to improve drying time. Boiled linseedoil contains no lead (Pb). As a result of the increased reactivity, boiled linseedoil has excellent pigment wetting and dispersing properties. Raw material for putty, wood preservation products, ready mixed paints and rust-protective fillers for steel constructions. To be added to printing inks to improve drying and dispersion.
